Condensing Unit The condensing unit in your cooling system needs to be cleared of debris. Protect the condensing unit by using a breathable waterproof cover; this will extend the life, efficiency, and performance of the unit. Remove window air conditioners and store them for the winter. If storing isn’t an option, close the vents and guard with a breathable waterproof cover.
