After over 12 years of having our office downtown on Phillips Ave., we have

outgrown our space! We will miss our friends and neighbors downtown but in

order to better serve our clients and provide additional services, we need

more room.  We will be relocating to a larger facility at 600 E. 52nd Street N.,

Sioux Falls, SD  57104.  All other information will remain the same, phone

numbers, e-mail addresses, web address, etc.  The only exception will be the

elimination of our direct lines.  Our office will be closed on Friday,

September 26th for the big move.  All project managers will be available via

cell phones throughout the day.  We will be open for business as usual on

Monday, September 29th.
